I can't believe how your front office treated Heather. You all displayed low class disgusting behavior. If you do truly value your clients AND reputation then you should coach your staff on customer service, self control and bedside manner. Just from watching the treatment she received that has gone viral has turned me away from your establishment. The employee should never result in violent threats to a patient; it was truly unbelievable. If it were me you would be looking at a discrimination lawsuit. I hope she reports you to the bbb and continues to share the video. I don't even know the girl but, I do know business 101 you do not mistreat clients please learn to do de-escalate.
The front desk lady is so rude and mean!!! I have never seen anyone working for a company talk to the patients in a rude manner and call them trash!! OMG‼️They need to find someone else to run that front desk‼️
I had fillers and botox done for my wrinkles and neither one of them worked for me fill like I just threw my money away. Everytime I talked to them about why it was not working they said give it time well its been months and still nothing. will not go there again..
Dr Knight is very knowledgeable and his been in this business for years, she knows what she is doing and does a great job on anything you need done, and her staff is very helpful and they never have been rude to me.
Awful experience. Dr. Knight was completely rude and unprofessional. Wanted wrinkles under my eyes taken care of with Botox and was very clear that that was my area of greatest concern during my consultation. Was told it could be done- not completely but improved greatly. This was to be my first time getting Botox and I didn't know all that much about it except its reputation for diminishing lines around the eyes, forehead and mouth. Was given no "intro" or explanation of procedure or what to expect and after much waiting, Dr. Knight came in to perform injections and when she did so, said very little, was unaware that it was my first time but still gave me no information except that I would "see full results by tomorrow morning". Treatment was expensive and a huge luxury expense for me to undertake but something I had wanted to do for a long time and had high, high hopes for. When I saw no improvement by morning and next evening, I called back and was told it could take up to 2 weeks to see results and that Dr. Knight was mistaken in telling me to expect results any sooner. I never did see results, so I called back 16 days later with concern and was told sometimes 1st treatment doesn't "take" so I might need touch up and to come back in. I was not going to spend more on it but went in today to talk with them and was told that I miscommunicated with my finger motions under my eyes what I wanted done!!! How is that possible when I verbally communicated that the very visible rows of lines beneath my eyes were my biggest point of concern?!? Dr. Knight actually shushed me, cut me off and would not let me speak while she told me that Botox couldn't fix what I wanted done, that Botox is for preventing wrinkles not removing them and that you can't see visible results from Botox---- all BS!!! Then without apology or anything less than rudeness, she continued to try to sell me on another type of expensive procedure instead of trying to amend the situation at hand after I had spent and wasted all that money for nothing!!! I will not be back to that whack shack!!!
