Was searching for Chicago style deep dish in Richmond and wound up here with a pick up truck full of guys trying to get some. We ordered it and all sat on the back of this truck eating many pizzas, and although it was not authentic chicago style it still was signficantly more chicago style than other pizzas; therefore, I would recommend it. Also, there is no seating inside, so take-out only unless you want to sit at a table outside.
"I already told you my order", she said.
She was shocked, saying "are you serious? Do you really want me to repeat my entire order?"
Great pizza. I got two slices of cheese and they were awesome.
A month later, my girlfriend talked me into trying them again. I agreed, but told her she needed to order this time. She called up, gave the guy her order, and the guy said "ok, can I have a name?". She gave it to him, and he then said "what would you like to order?"
We've never tried again... plenty of other places to go... not worth the hassle of dealing with people that are truly stupid and hopeless.
Quality food and service
New York style pizza that isn't like other pizza places nearby. The giant pizza is a party favorite.

Pizza ended up being quite good... not great, but quite good. However, after that baffling experience, I swore I'd never go back. Dumbest employees I've ever seen.
First time we ordered from them, we arrived to find a large group of employees behind the counter, all looked like teenagers. The total for my order came out to be $10 more then the price I was expecting, so I asked why the price was higher. The kid behind the counter just stared blankly at me. I asked again and he typed something into the cash register, shrugged his shoulders, and just looked completely clueless. I looked around at the other employees standing around, but they all had the same look on their faces.
