They were very enthusiastic when we ordered and I had a coupon for buy one burger get one free. Cashier said got coupon great! I ordered the two burgers an order of fries and two drinks my total came to $22.36. While waiting for the food I thought it was too expensive for the price of one burger at $7.49 an order of fries for $2.99 and two drinks at $2.49 each. Add it up it comes to $15.46 but my total was $22.36, so that's $6.90 for tax? Wow food tax has gone up in VA? I questioned a different cashier and she asked if I got two drinks then it's possible that it could be that much of course not wanting to check the ticket. They also put the wrong cheese on one of the burgers and said we'll own that and make you another. Didn't have time to wait for another. I went back to the table and kept thinking my math is not that off and the original cashier (Travis) asked how was everything and again I questioned if he had applied the coupon, we went to the counter and he pulled it up that's when I told him my math. He was a bit short in his reply that he would fix it, while I'm just trying to explain that something didn't add up? He realized that he didn't apply the coupon and instead charged $5.00 for the second burger. He refunded me the $5.47 for the second burger and gave me a burger card with almost all the holes punched? I wasn't looking for free I just didn't want to be overcharged. I left feeling angry and disrespected for something that wasn't my fault. I have been there several times and always had great service but not this time and now I don't think I will ever go back because of that experience. With all the choices now of places to eat restaurants should really teach how important customer service is. I get that lots of people try to take advantage of things and in some cases the customer is not always right. I know I work hard for my money and when I choose to spend it I expect to be treated with respect.

Hardly any BBQ sauce on my burger and tables need to be cleaned better.

Decent variety of burgers, beer, & fries, but not great quality. Seemed like a ton of mediocre toppings to cover up a frozen patty on a cold bun. Everything in the restaurant seemed clean but sticky. Props on having a changing table in the bathroom.

While I love the Cary Street location, the Short Pump spot has definitely lost my business. Tonight I placed an online order and when my husband arrived 35 minutes later they weren't even aware the order had been placed. Once they finally found our order it took them another 30 minutes to make it.

First visit and brought the family. A party of 30 came in right before us. The staff was very accommodating, they opened up a second register to take our order. Despite the large party we did not have to wait very long for our food. Great experience!

When my husband made it home and I looked at my California Turkey burger with green and red peppers and onions straws, there was no bacon, guacamole, or onion straws. Since I was starving and done with waiting, I ate the messed up burger. No flavor whatsoever. Completely unappetizing. This has been the 4th time we have come to this location and they've messed up the modifications on the burger.

Nothing that can't be fixed easily so I'll definitely be back.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. This is my favorite location to go as a family. There is a lot more space. Burgers and fries were good. Shakes were tasty and thick. Can't really ask for more. I want to give 5 stars but there were a couple things that held me back:

The staff at this location needs to step their game up. I shouldn't expect a messed up order whenever I place my order. I won't be ordering from this spot again.
