I love Chanello's, but this location flat out sucks. Out of the numerous times I've ordered there, only two times was my order correct. And one of those it took 1 hour 45 minutes to get cold food delivered (on a Monday)... Edit: How do you deliver the wrong sub when I ordered online just to make sure it was put in correctly? I mean come on now, McDonald's doesn't even screw up this much.
I called three times and no one answered the phone the first time the call hung up then the next two times went to voicemail I'm not ordering from them again I will just order from papa John's, dominoes and pizza hut
They never include napkins in your order even when you ask them too. The employees are rude as hell over the phone. They delivered my food without my drink and told me It will be 30 to 45 minutes to bring my drink back. They were also rude about that when it was there fault the point is just don't order from them.
I was at the Richmond Cold Storage. In my truck. And Got the pizza delivered to my truck. It was quick and Hot.
This Chanellos is awful. I have ordered three times now and its been over an hour and a half late cold and nasty tasting. Dont waste your money. Also like someone else said they always sound high on the phone i have to repeat the order multiple times..
P.S: their food is grease as hell
