worst experience i’ve ever had at a chick fil a. they were extremely slow and took an 1hr to give me my grilled sandwhich and a drink. Stood there to the side of the cashiers where the pick up location is and employee’s looked at me and didn’t bother to ask if they could help me at all. Normally have never had a bad experience at any chick fil a except for this location.

The Oreo Milk share was excellent. The Fries were really good but our chicken nuggets were too salty. I told the lady at the counter these were too salty and she should tell the people in the kitchen. She just said "I'm sorry" and did nothing else. This was at the Chic Fil A at the Short Pump Mall in Richmond Va.
Good location. Fast service. I haven't experienced any deficiency in my orders or lacking in anything.

Service is definitely not up to par with the other local stores in the nearby area.. dirty tables, staff wasn't unfriendly but were not very helpful. I also have the promo calendar card and was told by a staff member that it was only redeemable for a certain item, while both my card and the monthly email stated something different. I'll think we'll just visit the other store across the street from now on.
