I now live in Raleigh but was reminiscing today about what a great vet Dr. Buck is! He taught me a lot about making good decisions regarding the many cats of mine he cared for. I wish him well in his retirement!
We have been taking our pets to Colonial Veterinary for about 25 years. Dr. Kevin Riley is very knowledgeable about most breeds and has effectively handled all of our pets problems. Dr. Fetterman deals with most of the cat problems and she is very competent and compassionate in this area. I recommend this clinic to any pet owner in search of good veterinary care.
I have been bringing my dogs to Dr. Riley for as long as he has been here - more than 20 years. He is so practical and logical. He reasons through all the options and explains everything clearly. I would recommend him to anyone. And the staff are always helpful and understanding. I feel very confident bringing my dogs here.
I can't say enough good things about Dr Riley and this practice. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. I love the compassionate and supportive care. At the end of my dog's life we made the decision to put her to sleep as opposed to proceed with a major surgery given her age and comorbidities. They were supportive of whichever decision we decided to make. So sweet with our cats. And now with our new dog. Great people and veterinary care!
