OMG....Amy is rudest person you'll even speak to and she has nasty attitude. She does not want to listen when you speaking and hangs up on you.
When this company called me to say that I owed money, I had explained to them that I could pay a certain amount each month. She told me that wasn't good enough and that she will tell the lawyers and they will do whatever they want with the "case". I asked if I could pay online or send them money and was told no that I had to pay the full amount right then over the phone. When I told her that I wasn't doing that she hung up on me. I had sent them 3 emails in regards to this woman and my account. It took them over a month to get back to me.
i just called in and spoke with a female who would not let me speak and kept cutting me off and then told me that she didnt like the way i was speaking to her this company needs to find a more professional person to handle their phone calls because there are some honest people out there that is trying to take care of their debt and handle business and you wont be successful when you have to deal with people like her i will only speak with a supervisor from now on
Other reviews have been very accurate. The woman calling refuses to have an actual conversation, just talks over you constantly. Not sure if she's just a loud talker or if she's actually yelling over the phone.
When calling someone to collect money. You do not talk to people like they are scum, you don't cut them off when a person is trying to say something. Amy or what ever her name is is the rudest person i have even spoken to when it comes to collection. This is why people get pissed off the handle. Because of people like her not treating others as she would want to be treated. No one ask to get sick.
