Took my rolex in for service an replace gold bezel.$850.00 dollars later I pick up my watch,didn't get back the original gold bezel like I had when Swartzchild's had replaced it. So then I discover that ,because I take my watch off at work an then only wear it till bed time in the morning the watch has stopped so I take it back an explain my concern to the salesman ,he asked me had I wound the watch I told him no I have never had to wind it .He said I need to wind it 44 times to get it in the auto wind cycle,I told him it should have been tested after a service to assure that it run like a rolex should.So he said he would have it checked I pick it up a week later.He tells me it was checked an runs fine.Two weeks later I take it back with the original book an asked him to show me where that is in this rolex owners book that came with the watch it's not.So then a lady behind the counter gets out the Manuel of a new watch in the case an winding it 44 times is not in that book, then he tells me that the watch repair man says to do this .So they take back again an again it won't keep correct time unless you wind it every other day.Truth is I thought they would send it to Rolex I must be mistaken also when I had the bezel replaced at Swartzchild's the old bezel was returned to me in a Rolex tin can I guess because of the gold value I still have it in the box the watch came in.Took my watch to Swartzchild to send it to Rolex to be serviced got annoyed winding my self-winding watch .was told by the manager cost of service would be about $950.00 that's fine with I am embarrassed when someone tells me my watche has the incorrect time 2/22/2017 may 23 2017 just picked up my Rolex submarina at SWARTZCHILD it looks like brand new even the clasp has been tightened up Now we will find out how long it will run without being worn.It looks the way it did when it was purchased
