I'm in to this UPS store often with no time to spare on the way to work. I've been met by professional employees with great attitude and real flexible easy going buisness that my packages are taken, packaged and ready for shipping. They take care of me without a hassle. I have a smile out from this store.
Hours of operation says open until 5pm. However don't go there 15 mins before closing because they won't help you. We were specifically told "we won't help you this close to closing. We would have to box and package and there isn't enough time" The associate said she was sorry. But i doubt very seriously she was. One star. So we wrnt to FefEc. UPS you lost a customer.
I love the UPS store. I go in often to get items printed for work. They are always so helpful and accommodating. They also pay attention to the little details to make sure that everything is exactly how I want it. I will be back UPS store!
If all services would work as flawless as this place works, we would live in a much better world.
Every time I go, I feel like I am a friend. It is a most welcoming experience. They are interested in you, the package is an important add on, but you the customer counts more!
