This is the second year that Will has saved our lives as well as our vacation. I will and shall not work with no one other than him. I have had bad experience last year and this year but Will saved the day both times. Great empolyees like Will is the reason why I choose to continue to rent from Enterprise. I was assisted by Wolverton Thompson, Jr (Will). My family of about 10 was headed to Maryland to visit their oldest brother. He patiently walked through the van options, answering all of my questions. I actually opened up the doors to see which we give us more room etc. his professionalism and patience made all the difference. It was a smooth transaction and the van ride was very smooth, super easy process which has not always been my experience with other rental companies. Thanks again Will.
